Our Ford Transit mileage blocker is a dedicated plug-in module designed for the Ford Transit. It temporarily stops mileage (or kilometres) from being recorded while the vehicle is in motion, and is intended only for off-road use, dyno testing, and vehicle development or tuning.

How the mileage blocker works

The module connects inline with the vehicle’s instrument-cluster wiring using the supplied plug-and-play harness for authorised off-road, dyno and vehicle-development testing. When returned to normal operation, the vehicle behaves as standard.

Installation Instructions

Installation

• Switch the ignition off and allow the vehicle electrical system to shut down before starting.
• Access and remove the instrument cluster using the correct procedure for the Ford model.
• Disconnect the original instrument-cluster connector.
• Connect the module inline between the vehicle wiring loom and the instrument cluster.
• The installation is plug-and-play and should not require cutting or soldering the vehicle wiring.
• Ensure all connectors are fully seated and the wiring is safely secured.
• Refit the cluster and trim in the reverse order.
• Switch the vehicle back on and confirm the instrument cluster and normal vehicle functions operate correctly.

Important

• Transit, Transit Custom and passenger-car dashboards use different trim and cluster-access procedures.
• 2024+ Transit Custom models should be treated as a separate access variant.

Mode / Operation

The module provides vehicle-specific authorised test operation while retaining normal vehicle functionality where supported. Use the supplied product instructions for the exact control method and to return the system to normal operation after testing.
