How the mileage blocker works

Installation Instructions

Installation

• Switch the vehicle off and allow the electrical system to shut down before starting.
• Access the instrument cluster / driver display using the correct Porsche model-specific trim/removal procedure.
• Disconnect the original cluster connector.
• Connect the POR 3 module inline between the vehicle wiring loom and the instrument cluster.
• The installation is plug-and-play and should not require cutting or soldering the vehicle wiring.
• Ensure all connectors are fully seated and the wiring is routed safely.
• Refit the display and trim.
• Switch the vehicle back on and confirm normal instrument-cluster operation.

Important

• The access procedure differs between the 911 992, Cayenne III and Panamera II.

Mode / Operation

The Porsche version uses the vehicle controls for authorised test-mode operation. Use the supplied model-specific instructions for the exact control method and for returning the vehicle to normal operation after testing.
